- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I bought a splash pool heater from them in 2013 and they were so helpful and informative becoz I was shipping it to Spain. In 2017 I had a problem with my pool and an error message came up I contacted them and once again they knew there stuff and spent over an hour showing me how to replace the part. I then againnin 2018 had a problem same error message. I what’s apped them and they talked me thro clearing it eliminating the problem which wasn’t the heater it was an air lock. Guys you are fantastic both at sales and your after service is second to none. I would give you 7 stars if there were any.
